Behlen offers a variety of training and support services for Behlen builders and dealers who use the EDGE program:

Introductory training sessions will be held at a variety of convenient locations around the country. Training for as many of your staff as you desire is included in your initial EDGE package purchase. Your only expense is for travel and lodging.

Personalized training is available from your District Manager.

Assistance from Behlen: Your inside salesperson, estimator and the EDGE program coordinator are there for you if you need help with the EDGE software.

Support and updates will be available via the Internet and our bulletin board. With these tools you can be assured of the most up to date information. Besides updates to the software and other utilities, you will be able to use our knowledge base of frequently asked questions as well as other tips and tricks from all Behlen Team Members.

The EDGE software and user manual. The user-friendly manual, and detailed on-screen help, make it easy for you to work with the EDGE program.

Your EDGE builder ID number. Your ID number gives you access to the EDGE Bulletin Board, Intranet and other special EDGE builder benefits.
